Q: What is the difference between ArrowPointe and other credit unions?
A: ArrowPointe is dedicated to helping you find the right financial solutions - carefully planning for today and looking toward tomorrow. We have the experience, knowledge, and time spent in the community to handle all member questions and suggest services and programs essential for each individual member.
Q: Who can become a member of ArrowPointe FCU?
A: ArrowPointe is a community chartered credit union which means members do not need to belong to a particular company or live with someone who does. The idea behind a community chartered credit union implies a sense of everyone belonging. Therefore, anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in York, Lancaster, or Southeastern Chester County can become a member.
Q: How much does it cost to open a share (savings) account?
A: You will need a total of $5. You must always keep this $5 minimum in your share account.
Q: How much does it cost to open a draft (checking) account?
A: Twenty-five dollars. This $25 fee is used for tele-check processing; however, there is no minimum balance needed to maintain the checking account.
Q: When you say full-service credit union, what do you mean? What products/services do you offer?
A: We offer everything from draft (checking) accounts and share (savings) accounts to safe deposit boxes. We also offer loans for vehicles, property, homes, and even farm equipment, all at competitive rates*. Our investment options available include IRA accounts and Certificate of Deposit Accounts (CD's).
